Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellPhone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions with other users.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SellPhone shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of Pakistan.
